Such and Such is a bold restaurant and wine bar from the team at Pilot.

In January 2023, the highly acclaimed team behind Pilot, ACT’s Restaurant of the Year, launched their second restaurant, Such and Such, in Canberra’s Constitution Place. SKEEHAN Studio had the privilege of collaborating on this exciting project, contributing both custom furniture and industrial design solutions.

Our team developed the bespoke outdoor range, including the Sway dining table, Sway café table, and Sway wire chair, to complement the venue’s sophisticated yet flexible design. These pieces seamlessly integrate with the restaurant’s vibrant, modern aesthetic while supporting its functional needs for indoor-outdoor versatility.

In addition to the outdoor range, we designed custom banquet seating that enhances the dining experience in Such and Such’s private and communal spaces. These seating arrangements were carefully designed to align with the architectural vision of creating discrete yet interconnected dining zones by Architecture firm My My My.

At SKEEHAN Studio and HAN Furniture, we are proud to have been part of a project emphasising Australian craftsmanship and design. Our collaboration with talented architects from My My My Firm and restaurateurs has helped bring this unique, thoughtful, and sustainable venue to life, setting a new benchmark for dining experiences in Canberra.
